5. My Nokia 7610s was liquid damaged very badly. The LCD was impossible to see and the phone would rarely let you switch it on. I sent my phone off to Mobile Phone Doctor and within literally 2 days, I had my phone back, good as new for a very reasonable and competitive price. Would definitely recommend and use this company again!

7. My Blackberry 9500 Storm screen badly cracked and MDP quoted an really low quote for repair. Even perservering when the screen was repaired but a secondary fault occurred in phone. They persisted until it was repaired and workin correctly and then reduced the cost because I had to wait longer. I highly recomend this company your phone is safe and they are so reliable.

13. not point of DIYing when these guys can do the job for you! Ihave tried to replace the outer screen my sci-phone but miserabilly faild. I sent the phone to "the phone doctor" and within 4/5 days (week end in the midle) the phone was returned in good working order! thank u guys

57. After sending my N95 8gb back to my supplier for repair, I was informed it was 'beyond economical repair' and was not covered under warranty. Having bought it outright, I was a little miffed to say the least. After sending it for a second opinion with Fonetec communications, I was delighted when I recieved it back 3 days later fully repaired and operating normally! I cannot thank the staff at Fonetec enough for their prompt service and professionalism, I would happily recommend their services to anyone who was in a similar situation as I was.

62. My O2 Orbit XDA 2 needed a new charging port and could not find a local place from me that could get the part as it is a new phone. I rang Fonetec, they gave me a quote over the phone and asked me to send the phone in. The staff were very helpful each time I rang. When I rang on Wednesday afternoon to ask how they were getting on, they said they were nearly finished, they took my card details and told me it will will be dispatched the next day and I should receive it by Friday. Imagine my surprise when I received it on Thursday morning!!! Exceptional quality repair job, exceptional service and exceptional staff!!! I run my own business and have a quite a few XDA's so I'm sure they will breakdown from time to time and Fonetec will definetly be my first point of call! thank you very much guys!

I sent my phone in for repair on Monday 22nd December and I was told on Friday 19th December when I called up that the chances of me getting my phone back before xmas day was highly unlikely and the guy said that he would not promise me anything and to expect it after xmas. On 24th December my phone arrived back, fully repaired and I paid the price quoted over the phone. I honestly can not remember the last time i recieved such efficient service. 74. That cost me £35. Given that the new phone would be £300 how can one complain. I received a quick quote and a very prompt and effective repair. I am a very happy customer.

    It is worth noting that extending a contract with no phone upgrade can save lots of money so it is definitely worth knowing where you can get a quick repair.

80. About three weeks ago I sent off my 6-year old Nokia 3100 with cracked LCD screen, doubtful, thinking that it was too out of date to be repaired. It came back to me this afternoon perfectly fine and only for £20, the extra time was simply for the old screen to arrive at the shop. Will recommend and use again.

Excellent friendly service, slight delay posting phone back; was told it would be posted Special Delivery on the Friday and I booked Monday off work to wait in for it, but when I called they informed me it had in fact only been sent on the Monday, but they apologised for this and phone is as good as new.
